<p><!--block-->Ms. Michele started out as an infant teacher in 1994 and has worked with all age groups throughout the years. She was an Assistant Director for six months before moving into the Center Director role. She coached girls softball in Cheshire and helped out at the local food bank.</p>

<p><!--block-->Erin has worked with KinderCare since 2012 and transferred to the Cheshire center in 2016. She received her Bachelor's from Emmanuel College in Boston and completed her thesis on the benefit of creative activities for young children.
